Starting this year I will be uploading interactive FoodPairing trees from our friends at foodpairing in Belgium. As you may be aware I have been using this very helpful tool for some of my dessert and dish constructions. I am very happy to announce that I will be holding classes at Sweet Studio later on this year focusing on foodpairing and the possibilities in cuisine of using this tool.
